Holiday Advisory (December Orders)

High volume may add additional transit time during the month of December for packages traveling with USPS and Canada Post, particularly for Economy Shipping.

Economy Shipping (No Rush Method)

Due to the high shipping volume during the month of December, we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Economy Shipping is a no-rush method with an average (not guaranteed) delivery time of 8 to 16 days, however that timeframe may be extended during peak periods. Because of this it is not possible to guarantee an item will arrive by Christmas. Please plan accordingly.

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt, but often within the same day. In the event that we experience a delay processing your order, you will be notified at the contact method given at time of checkout.

Orders are finalized for the day at 5 PM Arizona time. Orders received after 5 PM  may be processed the following business day.

Cancellations

If you feel the need to cancel or modify your order, your order confirmation page includes a "Cancel Order" button. You can access this page from your confirmation e-mail. By using this button, your order will be automatically canceled and refunded, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your records.

Orders may be canceled or changed only up until the time they are finalized (5 PM Arizona time), and we are unable to accept order cancellations or changes after this time. The order confirmation page will inform you whether or not an order can be canceled. We appreciate your understanding.

Coinbase Commerce (Bitcoin payments): To prevent fraud and abuse, orders paid via Bitcoin may not be canceled.

Tracking

Online order tracking is available via the links at the top (desktop) and bottom (desktop & mobile) of each page, or at http://tracking.jt-home-away.com. Simply enter your order number and e-mail address, or your tracking number. Your confirmation and shipping e-mails also include a direct button link to our tracking system.

Please note that tracking information may be delayed. Tracking numbers are often assigned at the beginning of package preparation.

Shipping Chart

Shipping times depend on your location and from where your purchase is sent. Our shipping options are divided into two categories: Economy and Fast Shipping, based upon warehousing, logistics, and whether an item is a factory direct item. This is indicated on each product page.

The following chart is a conservative general guideline. Shipping estimates do not include order processing time and shipping times are estimated based upon past performance. We regularly review and update this estimate to give you the best idea of when your items will arrive. Items may occasionally arrive earlier or later than our best estimate due to variables encountered during transit.

Upgraded Shipping (Partial)

Indicates one or more items of a multi-item order may not have an express method available. All other items will be expedited. See each product page for delivery times. You will only be charged upgraded shipping for the eligible items.

Specific Carrier Upgrades Specific express shipping services may be available for different products. Cost is calculated by the carrier during checkout.
